Charme Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bright Futures Care from Livingbridge.

Charme Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bright Futures Care, a healthcare center that offers adult care, residential care, and children's care services, from Livingbridge, a private equity firm.
