Carrix completed the acquisition of Ceres Terminals from Macquarie Infrastructure.

Carrix, a marine terminal operator, completed the acquisition of Ceres Terminals, a stevedore and port terminal operator, from Macquarie Infrastructure, an infrastructure asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to expand SSA Marine’s footprint further into the rapidly growing Atlantic and Gulf Coast regions of the United States.
