Advent International completed the investment in Parfums de Marly and Initio Parfums Privés.

Advent International, a global private equity firm, completed the investment in Parfums de Marly, a perfume company, and Initio Parfums Privés, an exclusive French fragrance brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have acquired a majority shareholding in Parfums de Marly and INITIO Parfums Privés – two iconic and distinctive brands with creative, exciting fragrances at their heart.
