Strathspey Capital, a company created to acquire & consolidate good quality property factoring businesses throughout Scotland, completed the acquisition of Speirs Gumley, a real estate, residential letting, and property management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Strathspey aims to consolidate the factoring sector in Scotland to both improve professional standards and deliver better value to homeowners.
