Park Lawn completed the acquisition of Cobb.

Park Lawn, a provider of goods and services associated with the disposition and memorialization of remains, completed the acquisition of Cobb, a business consisting of one on-site funeral home and cemetery. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Park Lawn has further expanded its strategic growth in the southeast United States through the addition of Cobb.
