Entrepreneurial Equity Partners-backed Thrive Foods, a manufacturer of freeze-dried fruits & vegetables, proteins, pet treats, probiotics, enzymes, and prepared meals, agreed to acquire Groneweg Gruppe, a provider of frozen and air-dried food, such as herbs, vegetables, from VR Equitypartner, a private equity company.
