Korona Invest, a Finnish private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Herkkumaa, a food producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “From the first meeting, we were impressed by Herkkumaa’s ability and willingness to evolve and grow responsibility at a faster pace than the market.
