MSL Corporate to acquire Odyssey Shipping.

MSL Corporate, an international company specialized in the consolidation of merchandise from and to the world, agreed to acquire Odyssey Shipping, a neutral, non-vessel operating common carrier providing weekly and direct LCL export services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
