Sosteneo, an asset management company, completed the acquisition of 99MW Richborough Energy Park Battery Development from Pacific Green, a provider of sustainable cleantech solutions, for $93m. “The sale of Richborough Energy Park creates the platform for Pacific Green to now scale its Battery Park division internationally.
