Tower Arch Capital completed the acquisition of TD&I Cable Maintenance.

Tower Arch Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm with over $700m in assets under management, completed the acquisition of TD&I Cable Maintenance, a telecommunications company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
