VINCI Energies to acquire Truewind.

VINCI Energies, a construction engineering company, agreed to acquire Truewind, a global digital solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Truewind reinforces the growth and development strategy of the Axians network in Portugal.
