First Brands Group completed the acquisition of Cardone Industries from Brookfield Business Partners.

First Brands Group, a manufacturer of automotive parts and equipment, completed the acquisition of Cardone Industries, a supplier of automotive products, from Brookfield Business Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
