Ivy Cap Ventures, is a India's homegrown venture capital fund leveraging IIT and IIM alumni networks to power the Indian startup ecosystem, completed the acquisition of minority stake in Celcius Logistics Solutions, a cold-chain marketplace startup. Financial terms were not disclsoed.
