BB Asseta company specialized in the management of third-party resources, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Trígono Capital, an equity manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The entry of BB seals our business and will help us to accelerate fundraising, especially with the retail client,” Frederico Mesnik, Trígono CEO.
