Bain and Advent-backed Imperial Dade, a distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies, floor equipment, and industrial packaging, completed the acquisition of Triple F Distributing, a distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, janitorial supplies and sustainable packaging. Financial terms were not disclosed.
