Glencore completed the acquisition of the remaining 17.81% stake in PolyMet Mining for $73m.

Glencore, a global diversified natural resource company, completed the acquisition of the remaining 17.81% stake in PolyMet Mining, a mine development company, for $73m. Under the Proposal, each Common Share would be acquired for consideration of $2.11 in cash, which is at par with the recent rights offering done by PolyMet in April 2023.
