August Equity-backed Air IT, a technology supplier for SMEs and internal IT teams, completed the acquisition of Vital Technology Group, a business to business provider of technology services encompassing IT managed and cloud services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’ve spent the last 15 years developing and growing Vital into a successful regional business with an enviable local reputation.
