Grandir UK completed the acquisition of 9 nurseries from Mama Bear’s Day Nurseries.

Grandir UK, the home of multiple nursery brands across the United Kingdom, completed the acquisition of 9 nurseries from Mama Bear’s Day Nurseries, a established childcare organisation based in the South West of the UK. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our aim has always been to be the bridge between home and school by providing the highest standards of care and education and this has been achieved by providing stimulating, friendly, clean and safe environments whilst being sensitive and responsive to the individual needs of the children.
