Timestamp, an information technology company, completed the acquisition of MCR Solutions, a company specialized in Oracle solutions and technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, Timestamp reinforces its leadership position in the Iberian region in the areas of Application and Solutions. MCR Solutions has its headquarters in Lausanne (Switzerland), a delegation in the US and an international operations center in Barcelona," Miguel Castro Rodríguez, MCR Solutions CEO.
