Greenbriar Equity completed the acquisition of Towne Park from TA Associates.

Greenbriar Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Towne Park, a tech-enabled, multi-service parking and hospitality solutions provider, from TA Associates, an early modern-era private equity firms.
