Kontron, a company which designs and manufactures embedded computer modules, boards and systems, agreed to acquire Comlab, a specialist for data communication repeaters for Railways. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the Comlab acquisition, we will enhance our product portfolio and engineering capabilities.
