Danoffice to acquire Conecto.

Danoffice, an IT services, agreed to acquire Conecto, an IT house within IT services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see a unique strategic match between Danoffice IT and Conecto. Conecto has a strong range of products and services as well as highly valued and competent employees, who will be an eminent addition to our existing business. The deal will also grow our customer base in the private and public markets and will be a significant contribution to our value proposition.
