LLR Partners-backed RealTime Software Solutions, a provider of cloud-based software solutions for the clinical research industry, completed the acquisition of Devana Solutions, a SaaS provider specializing in clinical trial workflow and analytics solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Devana's platform perfectly complements our already robust suite of clinical trial software solutions.
