Cognitive Capital Partners-backed Grand Equipment Company, a company that offers mobile and in-house service, parts, new and used equipment sales, rental and transportation, completed the merger with Maverick Environmental Equipment, a dealer and distributor of critical infrastructure and environmental equipment, parts, and services.
