Massy Group completed the acquisition of IGL (St Lucia) IBC from Caribbean Petroleum Marketing for $140m.

Massy Group, a company that offers the manufacture, sale, and distribution of a range of industrial gases, completed the acquisition of IGL (St Lucia) IBC, a company that focused on manufacturing and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas and industrial medical, from Caribbean Petroleum Marketing, an owner and operator of oil refineries and service stations, for $140m.
