AURELIUS to acquire TM Group from Dye & Durham for £91m.

AURELIUS, a globally active alternative investment firm, agreed to acquire TM Group, a provider of property search aggregation services, from Dye & Durham, one of the world's largest providers of cloud-based legal practice management software, for £91m. "This is a great opportunity for AURELIUS to invest in the UK property services space, in a strong platform for steady growth. TM Group’s services are essential to the UK conveyancing process, providing the business with a good level of demand within a market with high barriers to entry.
