Sebman Sports International completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Real Racing Club from PITMA.

Sebman Sports International, an investment company, completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Real Racing Club, a football club, from PITMA, a telecommunication services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction will serve to boost the development of the club in its second consecutive year in the Second Division (which for the new season takes the name of LaLiga Hypermotion), once the financial stability of this sports society with 110 years of history has been achieved," PITMA.
