MEDVIDA, an insurance company, completed the acquisition of life insurance portfolio from VidaCaixa-backed Sa Nostra Vida, an insurance broker. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The teams of both companies have worked effectively to ensure that the operations are transferred in their entirety at the time of closing, just 10 months after the signing of the portfolio transfer agreement," Antonio Trueba, MEDVIDA CEO.
