Rainier Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SCI Flooring and MC Flooring from Corridor Capital.

Rainier Partners, a Seattle-based private equity firm investing in lower middle-market services businesses, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SCI Flooring and MC Flooring, providers of comprehensive floor covering solutions, from Corridor Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
