Miura Partners-backed Brokers & Partners completed the acquisition of Sabseg Seguros.

Miura Partners-backed Brokers & Partners, a consolidation project group in the insurance brokerage space, completed the acquisition of Sabseg Seguros, an insurance broker in Portugal. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this alliance, Sabseg is much stronger, and at the same time, we start a new chapter in our success story. In addition, we are perfectly aligned with our new partners.
