Abry and Parthenon-backed Millennium Trust completed the acquisition of CIP Capital-backed Benefit Resource.

Abry Partners and Parthenon Capital Partners-backed Millennium Trust, a provider of health, wealth, retirement, and benefits solutions, completed the acquisition of CIP Capital-backed Benefit Resource, a provider of FSAs, HRAs, HSAs, commuter plans, and COBRA administration services.
