CapVest Partners to acquire Kerridge Commercial Systems from Accel-KKR for £800m.

CapVest Partners, an international private equity firm, agreed to acquire Kerridge Commercial Systems, an ERP and business management software provider, from Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity firm, for £800m.
