Synopsis

Fava, a manufacturer of pasta, completed the acquisition of Storci, a pasta manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The union of the two companies projects Fava to over 100m euros in revenues, a staff of 320 employees of which over 50 in the after-sales technical assistance sector," Luigi Fava, Fava CEO.
