Libra Group-backed EuroEnergy completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in IBC from AFCON RENEWABLE ENERGY.

Libra Group-backed EuroEnergy, a renewable energy operator in Greece, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in IBC, a company involved in the energy sector, from AFCON RENEWABLE ENERGY, the company specializing in initiating, developing, funding, constructing and operating electricity generation projects from renewable energy sources. Financial terms were not disclosed.
