LLCP-backed Capsa Healthcare completed the acquisition of MASS Medical.

LLCP-backed Capsa Healthcare, a provider of workflow products, completed the acquisition of MASS Medical, an innovative designer, manufacturer and assembler of medical storage cabinets and carts. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited about joining forces with Capsa.
