Platinum Equity completed the acquisition of The HC Companies from Wingate Partners.

Platinum Equity, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of The HC Companies, a manufacturer of horticultural containers, from Wingate Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "HC has earned a well-deserved reputation for innovation, quality and customer service, and the company offers one of the most comprehensive product lines in the industry.
