Altitude Group completed the acquisition of Netwo.

Altitude Group, the fibre optic infrastructure operator in France, completed the acquisition of Netwo, an emerging telecom-tech player. Financial terms were not disclosed. This merger between Altitude Group and Netwo aims to foster a more open and balanced B2B telecoms market, which is currently dominated by four national operators controlling 90% of the French B2B connectivity market.
