Industrial Growth Partners completed the acquisition of Process Insights from Union Park Capital.

Industrial Growth Partners, a private investment partnership, completed the acquisition of Process Insights, an online process analytics and measurement instrumentation holding company, from Union Park Capital, a private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with IGP and leverage their resources for strategic and operational support as we embark on our next phase of growth.
