ASSA ABLOY-backed HID Global, a developer and provider of security identity software, to acquire Evolis, a company that develops, manufactures and markets a complete range of personalization solutions for ID cards, for €225m. "I am looking forward to welcoming Evolis into the ASSA ABLOY Group. Evolis would be a good technological addition to the ASSA ABLOY Group and would reinforce our current offering within the secure issuance business," Nico Delvaux, ASSA ABLOY CEO.
