ATS Corporation completed the acquisition of Odyssey Validation Consultants.

ATS Corporation, an automation solutions provider to many of the world's most successful companies, completed the acquisition of Odyssey Validation Consultants, a provider of digitalization solutions for the life science industry with a strong focus on computer system validation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
