AgroFresh completed the acquisition of Tessara from Carlyle.

AgroFresh, a global provider of post-harvest produce freshness solutions, completed the acquisition of Tessara, a post-harvest solutions provider from Carlyle, a multinational private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are proud of the Tessara team and our distinctly South African roots and culture.
