NIBE to acquire a majority stake in Ceramicx.

NIBE, a developer and manufacturer of intelligent, energy-efficient indoor comfort solutions for all types of properties, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Ceramicx, a manufacturer of components and systems for infrared heating. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this acquisition, we are further complementing our product portfolio within industrial electrical heating.
