MSouth Equity Partners, a sector-focused private equity firm that invests in middle-market businesses completed the acquisition of GED Integrated Solutions, a company that designs and manufactures insulated glass, vinyl windows, and pre-hung door equipment, from The Beekman Group, a private equity firm that focuses on building industry-leading companies in the healthcare, consumer and business services sectors.
