Sosei Heptares to acquire the Asia Pacific business of Idorsia for $462m.

Sosei Heptares, a biopharmaceutical company, agreed to acquire the Asia Pacific business of Idorsia, a Swiss pharmaceutical research company, for $462m. “We have patiently and diligently been searching for the right opportunity to accelerate our mission to deliver life-changing new medicines to patients.
