America Movil, a telecommunications corporation, completed the acquisition of an additional 5.55% stake in Telekom Austria, a provider of a range of fixed-line, broadband Internet, multimedia services, data, and IT systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. Mexico's richest person, Carlos Slim Helú and his family control América Móvil, Latin America's biggest mobile telecom firm.
