Butler Industries to acquire Come to Paris.

Butler Industries, a holding company that provides investment for business development, redeployment, growth, and internationalization, agreed to acquire Come to Paris, an online platform for touristic activities and sightseeing Paris. Financial terms were not disclosed. Outside the capital, Come to Paris also initiated the development of this activity in the region with its brand Ticketeaser and in London with Come to London. The new shareholders want to push this development beyond the historical bases, particularly in Spain and Italy.
