Howden, a provider of a range of specialist insurance solutions to clients around the world, completed the acquisition of Hudson Sky International, an aviation (re)insurance broker in the Swiss market, with its core focus on the helicopter segment, and servicing a range of clients on a global scale. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For us, this acquisition was an important and strategic step for Hudson Sky as we assessed our long-term development plan in an increasingly complex global market.
