GTCR completed the acquisition of Once For All from Warburg Pincus.

GTCR, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Once For All, a compliance and supply chain management software provider, from Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm, headquartered in New York City. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Once For All has grown into a true market leader in the GRC space.
