GED Capital-backed Parasol Media completed the acquisition of Snake and Energy Services.

GED Capital-backed Parasol Media, an independent provider of audiovisual technical services in Spain, completed the acquisition of Snake, a rental and assembly of professional video equipment company, and Energy Services, a provider of super-soundproof generator rental services for fiction/cinema at the European level. Financial terms were not disclosed.
