AXA, Swiss Life AM and Morrison & Co-backed lyntia Networks completed the acquisition of Evolutio Business Connectivity, an IT services provider, from Portobello Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very thrilled with our new alliance with Evolutio Group.
